Beautiful, bright, comfortable, 3 story cottage style home. Well furnished kitchen to make cooking a pleasure. Only a easy 5 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute walk to the heated community pool.

"Morning Dove Cottage" is located in the beautiful, quiet Crystal Shores community and is great for a family beach vacation or a couples only getaway. Just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and only a three-five minute walk to the sand and surf.

The ladies will enjoy the convenience of shopping in the new Destin Commons outdoor mall while the guys enjoy Bass Pro Shop located only 3 blocks from the house. Publix is also only 3 blocks away and has anything you might want, to stock the pantry. Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, and Marble Slab Creamery are within walking distance. Many other restaurants are just a short drive away. ***During the summer months there can be long waits at many of the restaurants.***

For a great family experience, there is Big Kahuna's Water Park a short 15 minute drive east of the house. The water park is open daily but they also have carpet golf that is open till 10. There are several arcades with go kart tracks and bumper boats.
If you are adventurous there are those scary rides that only someone with a strong stomach can attempt. Of course on a rainy afternoon there is always Blockbuster to rent a movie or a trip to the theater for a movie and big tub of buttered popcorn. Be sure and take out a loan for the second option.

Over the years we have had to replace a few things or made improvements to the house and grounds. Below is a list of things done to keep the house looking great for future guest.

In (2007) we put down new carpet, changing a color or two on the walls, and putting in new patio doors in the master bedroom. We have also added wireless internet so you can keep in contact with family and friends via email.

In (2008) we had new carpet installed, bought a new gas stove and microwave. We also bought new living room furniture and had some chair cushions recovered.

(2009) A new floor in the great room area and changed a few paint colors. Replaced steel doors with fiberglass and painted them Jamaican Dream which is a deep ocean blue.

(2010) A couple of decks were replaced and bought some new outdoor furniture.

We enjoy sharing our house with you and like to keep things fresh by adding new touches each year especially for returning guest. We hope to hear from you soon!!!
