Hello, I am Randy Rintala, real estate agent with Destinctive Realty, Inc. Over the years, I have heard from many misled individuals whose testimonies led me to form the Destin Shepherd, Inc. Destin Shepherd, Inc. is here to guide, serve and protect everyone and anyone involved in any real estate transaction along with their service needs. I want to represent what is right for transactions between buyers, sellers, renters, owners, tourists, merchants, service providers. Whether it is an owner of a short-term rental looking to receive better service for their condo or a family looking for an affordable community to raise their children, the Destin Shepherd will be your source of comfort and place to turn to in your time of need.

Accountability, reliability and dependability is what I represent. Also, I believe in direct answers with my opinions being straight and to the point. As the Destin Shepherd, Inc. grows, you will see for yourself, the care quality that it portrays. I wanted to form a company that could serve more than myself and get back to the core values of what real estate professionals were really supposed to be about. The Destin Shepherd was formed to guide, serve and protect consumers in the local real estate market. This site is meant to be informative and helpful for any kind of real estate transaction. Also, the Destin Shepherd will be a helpful & supportive site for our wonderful guests/tourists who may have questions from which restaurants that are recommended to what area events are happening during their stay.

So unless you live under the sea, in the woods or call your home a cave, than we all have some part in our local real estate market and this site is made for you. We specialize in all real estate transactions including long-term & short-term rentals and property management of short & long term rentals.

Also, we are affiliated with our local merchants who provide discounts, locations and information per establishment. I want to get rid of not knowing where find out any answers to the many questions that were asked of me like where is the best place to go that isn't to expensive or do you know of any local events while we are here on vacation? Now there is a place where hopefully everyone can find answers to all their needs.
